Campomanesia adamantium (Cambess.) O. Berg (guavira) is a native plant of the Cerrado and Pantanal, which has several medicinal activities fruits with unique flavor rich in vitamin C. The species does not have defined cultivation methods, requiring studies to increase biomass production. An alternative use organic residues that can influence chemical, physical biological characteristics soils consequently Thus, objective was evaluate effect different bokashi, on production plants levels phenols, flavonoids antioxidant activity tea from leaves guavira.
